Dr. Phil's Test - alternate to Tony Robbin's DISC

Being a Realtor it is important to understand your personality, your strongest characteristics, and how others view you. It is also important to understand the same about others, specifically your clients. It seems like most Realtors use Tony Robbin's DISC test.
